A selection of funds are closed for trading due to the closing of the Russian stock market
As a result of the closing of the local Russian stock market, trading has been suspended in the Danske Invest equity funds that have a significant weight of Russian equities. . [Updated March 24, 2022]
Due to the war in Ukraine and the Russian Central Bank’s decision to close the Russian stock market, Danske Invest has been forced to suspend trading in the equity funds that have a significant weight of Russian equities in the portfolio.
Please note: Although the Russian stock market was partially reopened on March 24, 2022, we are still forced to suspend the affected funds as the market remains closed to foreigners.
How long the suspension will last, depends on the development in the Russian stock market. We are monitoring the situation carefully but due to the uncertainty of the situation, there is an increased risk that the funds may be entitled to further suspensions in the period ahead.
