The objective of this fund is to achieve a performance comparable to the benchmark. The share class is accumulating.
Investment policy
The fund seeks to track a Swedish equity index.
The fund is categorised as article 8 under SFDR and promotes environmental and/or social characteristics, as well as good governance practices, through screening, exclusions as well as active ownership. The fund follows Danske Invest's responsible investment policy.
In passively managing the fund's portfolio, the portfolio management team invests directly in a selection of equities included in the benchmark, using a multi-factor model designed to reduce trading costs and minimise tracking error.
Tracking error is anticipated to be less than 1.50%, however it could be higher as the index may include stocks that are restricted from the fund’s investment universe. Tracking error is a measure of the difference of returns between the fund and its benchmark.
The fund may use derivatives for hedging and efficient portfolio management, as well as for investment purposes.
A sample based physical model replicates the index which represents a selection of the largest and most traded stocks on the Stockholm stock-market. The index is capped according to the UCITS rules.
Recommendation: This fund may not be appropriate for investors who plan to withdraw their money within 5 years.
